Can I customise the products?
 Yes, we love customising the products to suit your preferences! You can for example customise the colour or the length of an item. If you wish to do so, please email us at info@miinalaitsaari.com. Customisation might be billed separately (depending on the customisation) and customised items are non refundable.
Customised items are non refundable unless they are faulty.
 
In what sizes do your product come in?
 All the garments come in UK sizes 6-20.
 
How can I tell which size fits me the best?
 You can see our size guide here. Check your measurements first and then see which size is the best for you. You can also email us at info@miinalaitsaari.com, we are happy to help you choose the correct size.
 
How can I cancel my order?
 You can cancel your order by contacting us at info@miinalaitsaari.com.
 
How is my order dispatched?
 You order is dispatched as a Royalmail Special Delivery everywhere to the UK, Royalmail Tracked and Signed to Europe and to everywhere else either Royalmail Tracked and signed or TNT, DHL or DPD courier.
 
Can I track my order?
 Yes, you can track your parcel. You will be automatically provided by tracking number when the order has been dispatched.
 
When will I receive my order?
 Turnaround time for the garments is 10 days excluding delivery. Turnaround for the accessories is 5 days excluding delivery. You can request a tracking number and track your parcel to know exactly when you'll receive it.
 
How do I return an item?
 If you want to return an item first thing to do is to contact us via email (info@miinalaitsaari.com) withing 14 days of receiving the order. There is a returns form sent to you with the items you ordered. Fill in the form and attached send it back with the items you want to return. The parcel should be sent back as a tracked parcel. We need to be able to track the parcel so that we can be sure to receive it and refund you the money from the order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and have the hang tag attached to it.

Customised items and gift cards are non-refundable.
